We buy from small plantations where growers are owners, this is our choice: small yields per hectare corresponding to high quality. The plants from which the coffee drupes derive grow immersed in the local flora, among other plants, each of these plants makes its contribution, modifying the soil and the scent of the air.
In these biodynamic plantations, the ecosystem is preserved because natural biodiversity is a key ingredient for coffee.
Each land has its own personality, due to the biological richness of the place. The rhythm of nature is the prized ingredient.
Harvesting is done by hand, selecting right ripeness to create high quality blends. We pay the deep attention to the details to enhance the work of nature.
